The 9060 is the latest addition to the 99X series, which houses some of the most iconic models in New Balance's heritage, and is characterized by thoughtful style and innovative design. The 9060 reinterprets the familiar details of classic 99X models, with a slightly unique sensibility that draws inspiration from the proudly futuristic and visibly technological aesthetic of the 2000s. The reinforcements on the upper, inherited from the 990, are now present across the entire upper to give it a sense of movement. The undulating lines and exaggerated proportions of the midsole with integrated pods highlight the popular ABZORB and SBS cushioning platforms.
